It is mandatory that every student to attend one  of the three scheduled on-campus orientations. These orientions will be conducted  on Saturday February 4th at 10:00 AM-12:00 Noon,  Monday February 6th, and Tuesday  February 7th, 2012 at 3:00 PM to 5:00PM. All these orientaions will be  in TE 221. 

If you cannot attend any of these orientations contact your instructor ASAP (before the orientation dates).

You must OFFICIALLY add the course through the resgistration either in person or online.  Before buying your acces code make sure yare  officially registered for the class.

This class has three on-campus tests;

     First test will be on Wednesday March 14th, 2012 at 4:00 PM in TE 221. This test will cover chapters 1, 2 and 3
     Second test will be Wednesdat April 25, 2012 at 4:00 PM, in TE 221. This test will cover chapters 4, 5, and 6
     Final exam will be in on Friday June 3rd, 2012 at 9:00AM in TE 221. This test will cover chapters 1-9 and 10.1,10.2
If for any reason you cannot attend any of these on-campus tests you need to notify your teacher at least one week before the test date to arrange a makeup test.

Course Description: his course reviews the fundamentals of arithmetic, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division for intergers, signed decimals, and signed fractions as well as ratio, percent, and measurement. Topics are selected upon the basis of their usefulness in practical situations.
