Papers submitted via e-mail or as hardcopies are easily converted into PDF format for evaluation and then e-mailed or printed to return to the student. This allows instructors to maintain a database of work detailing a student’s progression throughout a semester. Benefits of utilizing the software for archiving are also discussed. The software allows for more efficient archiving than maintaining hardcopies for future reference. One major benefit is easy access to records in the event a student contests a grade.
  • Creating Forms With MS Word - This presentation will allow hands on experience in using MS Word to creat forms with input fields.  These forms can be placed on the web for downloading.  Information can be typed in and the form can be returned via email.

  • Instructor Homepages and New Curriculum Portal - Create your own Instructor Homepage in this workshop and upload a course syllabus so it links to the online schedule of classes.  Bring a floppy with your course syllabi on it for the summer or fall semester.  Syllabi should be in MS Word or PDF or html format.
