Quarter-Nelson Turnover into Modified Scarf Hold

Step 1
Push their head down with your left hand.
Step 2
Put your right hand through their left armpit and grab your left wrist.
Step 3
Place all your weight on their back with your chest.
Step 4
Keep your right hand on your left wrist as you walk around their head (to your left) keeping your weight pressing down.
Step 5
Keep moving to your left and the opponent will pop to their back.
Step 6
Finish the turnover with a modified scarf hold (see modified scarf hold program).
