Step 1
Begin with a right hand grip. Place your right hand
on their left lapel and your left hand on their right sleeve.
Step 2
Advance your right foot forward between their legs, making contact
with your right outer thigh against their left inner thigh. Simultaneously
pull your left arm and push your right arm in a circular motion.
Step 3
Continue the circular motion with your arms as you place the sole
of your left foot on the front of their right ankle.
Step 4
Continue the upper body pulling motion in a circular motion to your
left as the opponent falls to the mat.
Step 5
In practice, pull up with your left arm to support your partner's
fall to prevent injury.
