The partner on the right side is doing the throw. You take
the proper grip by placing your right hand on their left lapel and your
left hand on their right sleeve. |

Pull their right sleeve hard with your left hand for off-balancing
effect. Place your right bicep mscle in their right arm pit and flex
your arm. Place your right foot in front of their right foot and
bend your right knee halfway down. Try to do all of these movements
simultaneously. |

Back your left foot around in front of their left foot and bend
your left knee halfway down. |
| Step 4 |

Lift your partner off the ground by straightening your legs and
follow through by rotating to your left. |
