Enter into the scarf hold after a throw
that has landed your oppoent onto his/her back. The following instructions
are from a right handed throw. |

The left hand pulls the opponent's right
arm across your stomach as you shoot your right leg forward. |

|
The left arm releases the sleeve andgoes
under the head as your right arm goes across the opponent's body and through
the armpit. Your hands clasp together with the left hand over the
right wrist. |

|
You may release your right hand and put
it out onto the mat for bracing action to resist the opponent's escape
attempt of pulling you over his body. Keep your legs spread in the
sit-out position. |
