Place your right hand down in front of
your right foot. |

Place your left hand down behind your right
hand and point it tothe right, as you turn your head that direction. |

Push off with your legs, rolling over your
left shoulder. |

Continue the roll and prepare to land in
the side-fall position. |

Land in the side fall position:
-
chin tucked
-
right arm and palm slap the mat an instant before your body
hits the mat

left shoulder up
-
legs parallel and shoulder width, with the left knee up and
the right leg on it's side, creating a space between your knees
