Step 1 Picture of Step 1 Begin in the wrestler's start position.  Place your left arm through their left armpit and grab their left lapel.
Step 2 Picture of Step 2 Place your right foot into their groin area, against their right inner thigh.
Step 3 Picture of Step 3 Roll to your right and jerk your left arm to create momentum.  Pull with your right foot to also create rolling momentum.  As the partner rolls secure your left leg around to entangle with your right leg.

Begin the keylock by reaching across their body with your right arm, making sure their head is on the right side of your arm as you grab their left wrist.
Step 5 Picture of Step 5 Complete the keylock by grabbing your own wrist with your left hand, going under/through their left elbow.
Step 6 Picture of Step 6 Roll yourself and your opponent towards your left and untangle your ankles.
Step 7 Reach your right leg across their neck and body.

Push the opponent back onto his back with your right leg and begin extending his arm.
Step 9 Picture of Step 9 Complete the armlock by keeping your ankles crossed, knees together, and arching your pelvis as you pull (hyperextend) the arm to your chest with their wrist facing up.
