Where Students Connect!

LATTC Student Email Account Set-Up Phase 1

Purpose: At this step you

  • create a nickname that can be given to others when they send you email
  • accept the LATTC User Agreement.

  1. Go to http://setup.student.lattc.edu
  2. User your student ID number to log in
  3. User the 6 digits that represent your birthday in this fashion: mmddyy
  4. Click on "Login"

This takes you to the next page where you: Picture of second Login Page

  1. Enter your same password in the box above the funny script.
  2. Enter the letters you see in the funny script.
  3. Click on Enter

 

 

This takes you to the next page where you:Picture of Creation of Nickname

  • enter the nickname you want your friends to use when sending you email.
  • you can change your password if you want (optional)
  • agree to the user agreement set by the college
  • click on Submit

Upon completion of creating your nickname and accepting the user agreement, you are automatically taken to the step where you accept the Google User Agreement and create your personalized Start Page.

Image of LATTC Student Email Login BoxYou ALWAYS use your campus student ID number to log into this box. You never use your nickname to log into the campus email or personal start page.

1. Enter your user name: Student ID number

2. Enter your password (enter the new one if you changed it in the previous step)

3. click on Sign In

This takes you to the next page.

You are then taken to the Personal Start Page where you can make changes and set up the page to have what you want to have on it.
