LATTC Student Email Account Information

Phase 1: http://setup.student.lattc.edu (detailed written directions or Flash Video )

Purpose: At this step you

  • create a nickname that can be given to others when they send you email
  • accept the LATTC User Agreement
If you are experiencing difficulty, complete this form.

Phase 2: http://start.student.lattc.edu

Purpose: At this step you

  • accept the Google User Agreement when you log in the first time (if you did not do this in phase 1 above)
  • establish a personalized start page (detailed written directions)
  • get the most recent updates to the campus student portal project.

Optional Steps you can take:

  1. Create the alternate “From” email address in your email account so the return address on mail received from you shows your nickname instead of your student ID. (detailed written directions or Flash Video)
  2. Create a personalized Calendar (detailed directions)
  3. Use Google Docs to get assistance from the Online Writing Center Assistance Project without going to campus (detailed written directions or Flash Video)
