Physical Education 101 -Beginner Swimmer

For all those persons who have always wanted to swim but have never gotten around to it or were afraid to do so, Beginner Swimmer is for you! This class teaches all the basics of swimming and water safety and takes the student from Non-Swimmer to Swimmer.
Physical Education 102-Advanced Swimmer

This class teaches advanced stroke techniques, training methods and other competitive aspects of swimming beyond that learned in PE 101. Swimmers should begin to feel prepared for WSI classes, LGT classes and both competitive teams.Physical Education 560- Swim Training and Conditioning

Competitive College Swimming Team for both Men and Women. Swimmers compete in the South Coast Conference and attend Invites at Pasadena, Mount San Antonio and travel to an overnight in San Luis Obisbo at Cuesta College. Physical Education 131- Aqua Aerobics

Water Exercise class designed to increase aerobic fitness levels, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. Cardiovascular conditioning is stressed and instruction is provided on basic principles of water resistance exercise, water safety, muscle balance, deep and shallow water circuits using a variety of Hydro-Tone equipment.
