Check the Schedule of Classes under Physical Education Activity and Physical Education Non-Activity classes for enrollment availability or contact the instructor. 

Body Conditioning are available ONLINE for those who have busy schedules and enjoy working out on their own.  This class is done via the World Wide Web and email.

Open-Entry non-credit fitness classes are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 4:30 to 7:30 pm.  Go to the upstairs area of the J-building to get signed up and participate.  You must be enrolled and follow the standard rules of conduct and wear gym attire to participate.  No children allowed due to safey concerns.
