Course Description: 
Upon successful completion of this course, students will reinforce function and graphing concepts important in later courses of mathematics, science, business, nursing, or computer science. Polynomial, rational, radical, exponential, and logarithmic equations and both linear and nonlinear systems are covered to allow students to solve a wide variety of real-life applications

Pre-Requisite: Math 125

Required Meetings on campus: (or suitable proctoring arrangements need to be made at least two weeks in advance) see Syllabus.
Demonstrations  of course management software (MyMathLab) for students (Orientation): see Syllabus.
 

How to Register?

1. First you enroll in the campus and register for this class. If you need help, click on the LATTC On-Line Logo.
    After officially enrolling in the course, please complete the Welcome Form for Math 245 to give the instructor your valid email address. 
    If you have any questions to the instructor, please do not use Welcome Form, but email the instructor directly BakmanAA@lattc.edu

2. You  register in a CourseCompass, software that this class uses.  Macintosh and Window ME is not supported  for this class at this time. Should you have any problems with registration or login, contact the CourseCompass Tech Support line: 1-800-677337 CST (8 am - 5 pm M-F)

3. You need to finish steps 1 and 2 within the first two weeks of the semester, or you may be dropped from the class.
