Math 227 - Statistics - Online Class

Course Description: This course teaches  the basic concepts of statistics:  introduces sampling, data collection, data analysis, and how to make predictions and conclusions. This 4-unit course is transferable to both the UC and CSU systems.

Pre-Requisite: Math 125

This class  has two required meetings on campus (or suitable proctoring arrangements need to be made at least two weeks in advance), see Syllabus.

How to Register?

1. First you enroll in LATTC and register for this class. If you need help, click on the LATTC On-Line Logo.
    After officially enrolling in the course, please complete the Welcome Form for Math 227 to give the instructor your valid email address. 
    Welcome Form does not register you in class nor in the software.
    If you have any questions for the instructor, please do not use the  Welcome Form, but email the instructor directly at  bakmanaa@lattc.edu

2. You must  register in MyLab and Mastering a software that this class uses. 
Should you have any problems with the registration or login, contact the MyLab Tech Support line: 1-800-677-6337  CST (8am - 5pm M-F).

3. You need to finish steps 1 and 2 within the first two weeks of the semester or you may be dropped from the class.
