Chapter Tests
Online tests will be available from the beginning of the semester until 11:45pm of due dates (see below) and timed. The time is set to 90 minutes. There will be a maximum of three attempts allowed for each chapter test. The best score will be used. You cannot open a test, print it out, and re-open the same test later. So, please be advised to open a test when you are ready to take it, and devote 90 minutes to it without being interrupted. Find the assigned tests under TAKE A TEST  link of MyMathLab Menu

So, please be advised to open a quiz when you are ready to take it, and devote 60 minutes to it without being interrupted. You may take up to five tries for each quiz. Only the highest of the scores will count towards your grade. Online quizzes for the sections you are taking the online test must be done before each test.
Find the assigned quizzes under TAKE A TEST  link of MyMathLab Menu.

Skill Check:
There will be optional on-line sample tests to check your skills. They will be instantaneously corrected so that the student can learn from the experience and get familiar with the chapter test format. The skill checks results will not be counted when the student’s final grade for the course is calculated.
Find sample tests under TAKE A TEST  link of MyMathLab Menu below the assigned tests.

Homework
Homework (HW) is crucial for success in any math course. You learn math by doing it. After each section, you will have interactive HW assignments online, which will be graded. Chapter test, midterm and final exam questions will be similar to homework problems. HW assignments don't have due dates and there is no time limit. You may return to any of HW assignment as many times as you wish. I hope you will do HW before taking a chapter test and you will get a 100% on this portion of the coursework.
Find assigned HW under DO HOMEWORK link of MyMathLab Menu.
